Art Stuff 122: Last Ep. 2nd painting first, this Ep. 1st painting second.

Last Episode, I highlighted working on a second started oil painting and addressing a depth-of-field issue. This Episode I highlight the first of those two started oil paintings. This first one, I take you from start to a finished painting. Still minor work to do but from a viewer stand point it won’t change that much.

Been a while. It’s a snowy day here and seems like a good moment to do one of these music reaction things.

Music: Jon Lord (keyboards), played with Deep Purple and Whitesnake.

Given that Jon passed away in 2012, this live set could have taken place late 1990’s/early 2000’s. I could not find a date for this set.

Art: since my art exhibits have tampered off for the 2025 year, I can now give a little more time to the music reactions. I still do art and an art journey on YouTube video.

While 2025’s involvement in art exhibits will be sparse that doesn’t mean I will taper off on doing art stuff. I am working on two paintings now.

This is one that highlights changes made at the beginnings of applying paint to increase the perception of depth of field between the subject matter.
