Designing an Artbook, ‘Fictitious Letter’

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Last Dream
Updated version of the future house I drew at age 14

The ‘Fictitious Letters’ in my Youtube video chronicles my history of becoming an artist.

Ep. 13 highlights me at 7 years old, Ep. 14 posted this past Monday, me at 8 to14.

The video continues to focus on my forthcoming second ArtStory book as well as featuring musical artists for the ending scrolling credits.

Featured in the video is Frank Lloyd Wright’s ‘last dream’ which had an influence on me at that age and a future home I used to draw.

The ‘city’ of Frank Lloyd Wright shown is from a 1961 Sunday newspaper foldout which I have kept all these years.

Needed a snack!!

Well, I needed a snack!! So last night I made some cookies! One of two favorites, Chocolate Chip cookies with added walnuts. The bag of walnut halves was on sale, too good a sale to pass up so I had to do a little chopping. Oh, and the other favorite but more labor intensive are Pinwheel cookies.

Designing an Artbook, Ep. 13

With a New Year and a new upgraded computer, it was time to make adjustments to the Video Episodes.

This episode features the first two paintings of the 48 primary paintings included in the in-progress design of my second ArtStroy book. The goal is to play catch-up as to align the Video Episodes postings of the 48 paintings to match my social media platform (FaceBook, Blog, etc.) postings. Also included in this Episode is a ’fictitious Letter’. Since I have posted 12 episodes I have received few comments and no questions about the designing an Artbook content. Because my previous ArtStory book and recent online art projects have included various levels of audience participation I would like the videos to have that element of involvement also. With no audience questions to date, I decided to create my own questions in the form of a ’fictitious Letter’. The introduction of the ‘fictitious Letter’ aspect will also give me a chance to integrate my artistic history/autobiography into the episodes.

The video ArtStory book episodes continue to feature guest musicians that have contributed music tracks for the episode ending credits

This Episodes guests musicians are:
